Once you express interest in my web design services and select a pricing package that suits your needs, I will discuss your requirements to understand how you want your website to look. I will then provide a mock-up template for you to choose from, based on your business type and services.
After you approve the mock-up and confirm you are happy with the layout, I will send you the terms and conditions to review, sign, and return before making payment. Payments can be made via online bank transfer, Stripe, or a payment link, depending on your preferred option.
Once payment is received, I will begin the design process and send a draft copy upon completion. Please note that after work has started, payments are non-refundable. However, if work has not begun, a refund can be issued within 24 hours should you change your mind for any reason.
Additionally, the number of edits, changes, and revisions included will depend on your selected package. Any further changes beyond the package limits will require additional charges, which must be agreed upon by both parties before implementation.
